Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach
Start conversations with the businesses you want as customers.
A managed outbound program for companies that sell to other businesses. We build and protect the sending infrastructure, define who to target, build and verify the lists, write sequences across email and LinkedIn, handle the replies and hand qualified conversations to your team.

A list and a send button do not create conversations.
Cold outreach works when a relevant message reaches the right person at a sensible pace, from a sender that inbox providers trust. Miss any of those and the work disappears into spam folders, or damages the domain your business depends on.
Since 2024, Google and Yahoo have required senders to authenticate their mail, make unsubscribing easy and keep spam complaints low, and Microsoft followed in 2025. So we start with the infrastructure: separate sending domains and mailboxes, set up and warmed before any campaign goes out, and monitored for as long as the program runs.
is the spam-complaint rate Gmail tells senders never to reach, with 0.1% advised as the safer ceiling.
Inbox placement depends on setup and low complaint rates, which is why authentication, warmup and careful targeting come first.

Cold B2B email is legal in the US when it follows these rules, so compliance is built into every campaign.

Much of what decides an outbound program happens before the first email. We run the whole system, then keep tuning it on the replies it produces.

-
Sending domains and mailboxes
Dedicated domains that resemble your brand, with mailboxes for each sender. Your main domain never sends cold mail, which shields its reputation from cold-send complaints.
-
Authentication and DNS
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified on every sending domain, with unsubscribe handling in place from the first send.
-
Warmup and deliverability monitoring
Mailboxes warmed gradually over several weeks before campaigns start, then monitored for placement, bounces and complaints, with domains rested or rotated when needed.
-
Ideal customer profile
Who buys, who decides, what triggers a need and which companies to leave out, agreed with your team before any list is built.
-
List building and verification
Contacts sourced against the profile, enriched with role and company detail, and verified to keep bounce rates low.
-
Messaging and sequences
Short, relevant messages written for each segment, with a planned follow-up sequence and variants to test.
-
LinkedIn outreach
We plan the LinkedIn touches and write the connection notes and messages, timed with the email sequence. Your team sends them from their own profiles, paced within LinkedIn’s limits and without the automation tools LinkedIn prohibits.
-
Reply handling
Replies read and sorted: interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe. Interest is followed up promptly, and opt-outs are honored straight away.
-
Qualified handoff and reporting
Interested prospects booked or passed to your team with the conversation history, plus weekly reporting on sends, replies and meetings.
The setup that decides whether outreach lands.
Outbound can fail on infrastructure before anyone reads the copy. Sending from your main domain, skipping authentication or ramping volume too fast can send campaigns to spam and harm the address your customers rely on.
We build a separate sending setup for you, warm it gradually and only then start campaigns. That is why the program begins with a setup phase, and why we keep monitoring the setup after launch.
- Domains
Separate from your main domain.
- Authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified.
- Warmup
Volume raised gradually over several weeks.
- Campaigns
Sequences start at a safe pace.
- Monitoring
Placement, bounces and complaints tracked.
How the first months unfold.

What buyers ask us about Cold Outreach.
Why not send from our own domain?
Cold outreach carries a risk of spam complaints. Separate sending domains protect the address your customers and suppliers use every day. Prospects still see your brand, and interested replies reach your team.
How long before campaigns start?
Usually a few weeks. New domains and mailboxes need to warm before they send at volume, and we use that time to agree the targeting, build lists and write the sequences.
Is cold email allowed?
In the United States, yes, when it follows the CAN-SPAM Act. The FTC is clear that the law covers business-to-business email: accurate sender details, a physical address and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. We build those into every campaign. Rules differ in other countries, so we agree the regions you target.
Do you write the messages?
Yes. We write every sequence from your offer and our research, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
How does the LinkedIn side work?
We plan who to connect with, write the notes and messages, and time them with the email sequence. Your team sends them from their own profiles. LinkedIn limits invitations and prohibits automation tools, so we keep the pace steady and the messages relevant rather than chasing volume.
What if Gmail or Microsoft change their rules?
We monitor sender requirements and deliverability every week. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now apply closely matching rules, and we adjust authentication, volume and domains as they change.
How many meetings will we get?
We do not promise a number. It depends on your offer, market and list. We report every stage, so you can see what is working and what we are changing.
What happens after the three-month minimum?
The program continues on the terms in your proposal. By then the infrastructure is warm and we have reply data by segment, which shapes the next quarter’s targeting and messages.
