Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Leadio, a DBA of the Christians Thrive Trust (“Leadio,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit leadio.ai, talk to us about our services, or use the products and services we provide.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you book a call, fill out a form, sign up, or contact us by email — name, email address, phone number, company, and anything else you choose to share.
- Service data: when you use Leadio, the configuration, knowledge base, recordings, transcripts, messages, and other content needed to deliver the services on your behalf.
- Usage and device data: standard log data — IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referrer — collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Business data: information about leads, contacts, and customers that flows through the AI receptionist and pipeline tools you use.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the services.
- To respond to inquiries and route requests to the right person.
- To monitor and improve quality, security, and reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- To send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing messages you can opt out of.
Sharing
We share information with vendors and subprocessors that help us deliver the services — for example, hosting, telephony, messaging, AI model providers, CRM platforms, and analytics. These partners are bound by agreements that limit their use of your information to operating the services.
We may also share information to comply with the law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We don’t sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the services, such as customer service, is permitted; all other use is excluded.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages — for example, by booking a call, submitting our contact form, or replying to a message — we may send you SMS messages such as confirmations, replies to your inquiry, scheduling reminders, and, where you have agreed, occasional updates.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- The mobile phone numbers and SMS consent we collect are used only to operate these messages and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Recordings and transcripts
When the AI receptionist handles a call, message, or DM, the interaction may be recorded and transcribed. We use those recordings to deliver the service, audit quality, and improve performance. Recordings are retained according to your configuration and applicable law. Where required, your business is responsible for posting consent notices and obtaining consents from callers.
Your choices
- You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
- You can configure your browser to reject non-essential cookies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
International transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the services, you understand that your information may be transferred to those jurisdictions.
