Research

The evidence behind the operating decisions.

We use research to decide what deserves a system, a named owner, and a place in the sequence. This is a living register of that rationale—not a collection of Leadio case studies.

Research register

A source is useful when it changes the work.

Each entry connects a checkable finding to an operating decision inside the Growth System.

Trust

98% of consumers at least occasionally read online reviews when researching local businesses.

Why it changes the system

Reputation is an operating responsibility: ask, respond, monitor, and report it consistently.

Capture

53% of mobile visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load.

Why it changes the system

A campaign cannot compensate for a slow or unusable mobile experience. Fix capture before adding demand.

Response

An audit of 2,241 U.S. companies found that most were not responding to online leads nearly fast enough.

Why it changes the system

Response is staffed as a defined responsibility, with speed and coverage measured rather than assumed.

Close

93% of surveyed homeowners said an instant estimate influences who they hire.

Why it changes the system

Human-led AI

Human roles and responsibilities in AI decision-making and oversight should be clearly defined and differentiated.

Why it changes the system

AI supports defined work. People retain strategy, taste, exception handling, review, and accountability.

Evidence discipline

We label what a number can—and cannot—prove.

The label determines how confidently we use a source and when the client’s own data must take over.

01

Verified external evidence

A checkable source supports the wording and number shown. We preserve the source, date, and relevant population.

02

Directional evidence

Useful evidence points toward a decision, but its population or context does not justify a universal promise.

03

Your benchmark

No honest external number replaces the client’s own calls, estimates, customers, conversion rates, or timing.

04

Demonstration

A simulation or example explains the mechanism. It is labeled clearly and never presented as a client result.

The standard

Evidence informs the decision. A person still owns it.

Research narrows uncertainty; it does not remove context, judgment, or accountability.
